3. Baby Carrier Safety

CUDELLA baby carriers must be used carefully and only in accordance with the product instructions, safety warnings, age recommendations, and applicable weight limits.

Before every use, the responsible adult must:

• Inspect the carrier for damage, loose stitching, worn fabric, or defective fastenings
• Ensure that all straps, buckles, and adjustments are correctly secured
• Confirm that the baby is positioned safely and comfortably
• Keep the baby’s face visible and airways clear
• Ensure that the baby’s chin is not pressed against their chest
• Provide continuous adult supervision while the carrier is in use

Do not use the carrier if it is damaged, defective, incorrectly assembled, unsuitable for the child, or missing any necessary component.

The carrier must not be used during activities that could expose the child to an increased risk of falling, impact, overheating, burns, or restricted breathing.

Product information provided through the Store is general guidance and does not replace the instructions supplied with the product or advice from a qualified healthcare professional where necessary.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Store and may change without notice.

Any applicable taxes, delivery fees, or additional charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
